Grief is a very individual experience and often whilst we are grieving we can feel very isolated and alone.

My experience dealing with a range of people who are grieving has given me the skills to understand how grief and loss can impact our lives. We form attachments for such a variety of reasons and when we lose these important connections we are often looking for ways to understand ourselves. This journey is such a unique one we are often confused by all the messages we get. This is when counselling may be of assistance, a place where you can find your own way of coping. I can provide a safe place where you are listened to. There is no time frame on grieving so whether it was 20 years ago or last year the loss we feel can still impact on our lives.
